Manufacture

  • Raw Material Inspection
Verify that plastic raw materials (such as PE, PP, PET, etc.) meet specified requirements. Check melt flow index (MFI), moisture content, and masterbatch dispersion.
  • Appearance Inspection
Inspect finished products for color differences, bubbles, burns, short shots, cracks, or other molding defects.
  • Dimensional Measurement
Use gauges, vernier calipers, or 3D scanners to measure dimensions such as neck size, wall thickness, overall length, width, and height to ensure compliance with drawing tolerances.
  • Wall Thickness Testing
Confirm wall thickness uniformity and compliance using ultrasonic thickness gauges or cutting and measuring methods.
  • Leak Test (Air/Water Pressure Test)
Use air pressure or hydrostatic leak testers to detect leakage issues, especially for fuel containers, water bottles, and automotive parts.
  • Impact Resistance Test
Simulate drop or collision scenarios to verify that hollow plastic products have sufficient impact strength.
  • Vacuum/Pressure Strength Test
Perform vacuum or internal pressure testing on container products to check for deformation or rupture.
  • Functional & Assembly Testing
Test assembly and operation of products with caps, handles, nozzles, or other functional structures to ensure proper usability.
  • In-Process Sampling Inspection
Conduct sampling inspections during mass production according to QC standards to ensure batch stability and prevent defects.
